Here at The Bespoke Carpentry Co., we’ve set out to disrupt the furniture industry as we believe furniture should be handmade, using local materials, and it should support the local economy. Which is why all our reclaimed wood furniture is handmade in the UK.

We are one of only a few UK furniture manufacturers still producing high quality furniture here in the UK. We believe that it’s extremely important to keep our furniture production within the UK to both support our local economy, as well as reduce our impact on the environment.

 

We hand make every piece of bespoke furniture in our Dorset based workshop which ensures we have full control over the quality of each piece we make. We are proud to still be hand-making furniture in the UK using a workforce that consists of a mix of experienced artisans who take their trade extremely seriously. Each carpenter we employ uses tried and tested joinery techniques, combined with modern machinery to create beautiful handmade furniture, right here in the UK.

 

By hand making each individual piece of furniture from our UK based workshop we reduce our impact on the global environment and limit our use of global transportation systems. You’ll be reassured to know that the longest journey our bespoke reclaimed wood furniture will make is from our Dorset workshop to your home.

Not only is our reclaimed wood furniture made in the UK, but all of our materials are sourced from UK based companies. Ensuring that every part of our furniture manufacturing process supports the UK economy.
